Enjoy a thrilling morning breakfast at 6:30 am and afterward your driver guide will pick you up. He will drive you to Murchison Falls National Park which is about 311km (5-6 hours).
While on this journey, en route to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to track Rhinos on foot for about 2 hours. This exciting encounter will give you great chances of seeing the only 32 wild White Rhinos in Uganda in their natural habitat.
After this unforgettable encounter, enjoy a hot lunch at Kabalega Dinner and afterward commence at Murchison Falls park. This is the largest park in Uganda bisected by Africa’s longest river (River Nile).

Day 2: Morning Game Drive In Murchison Falls National Park & An Afternoon Nile Boat Cruise To The Bottom OF The Falls
Have a morning breakfast at around 6:30 am and afterward set off to a 160km long Buligi area to enjoy a morning game drive. You will drive through the rolling Savannah plains of the park and this area holds 80% of the animals in this park.
When on this memorable game drive, expect to encounter various big game like;

These are the world’s strongest waterfalls releasing over 300cm3/s of water. Along this boat cruise, you will sight Hippos leaning on each other in the water, Nile crocodiles basking in the sun, Elephants, and Buffaloes bathing and refreshing.

Day 3: Undertake A Private Boat Cruise To Lake Albert Nile Delta Area And Evening Game Drive In Murchison Falls National Park
Enjoy a charming laze breakfast at around 9 am and afterward head on a 4-5 hour (20km) boat cruise to the Albert Nile delta. This is an amazing area where River Nile enters into Lake Albert and it is the best place for spotting the Shoe-bill bird.
Also, this area is home to numerous water birds like;

Day 4: Visit The Top OF Murchison Falls And Transfer To Kibale National Park
Enjoy a late breakfast at 8:30 am and transfer to the top of Murchison Falls so that you view these falls from a different perspective. You will see how the 50m wide River Nile forces and squeezes to pass through an 8-meter gorge before dropping 45m down into the devil’s Cauldron.
After this wonderful experience, transfer to Kibale National Park the primate capital of Africa. On this journey, you will drive through the amazing scenery of the countryside of the Albertine rift valley.
You will stop in the stunning town of Fort Portal for lunch and afterward commence to Kibale Forest which is 2 hours drive from here. This forest is well known for its high density of primates with 13 Uganda primates including over 1,500 wild Chimpanzees.

Day 5: Do Morning Chimpanzee Trekking In Kibale & Afternoon Bigodi Village Walk
Enjoy a thrilling early breakfast at 6:30 am and head to Kibale National Park headquarters with your packed lunch for Chimpanzee trekking briefing at 8 am.
After the briefing, encounter on a 2-5 hour trek in the forest in search of the habituated Chimp community. Chimpanzees are the closest human relatives with a DNA similarity of 98.7%.
Once you come across the Chimps, spend 1 full hour seeing them feed, swinging in trees, and grooming. This activity is a lifetime experience and worth it. From here you will return to the briefing point and enjoy your packed lunch.
Later in the afternoon, go out for a Bigodi Community village walk where you will spend some time with the local people. From here, you will learn more about their exclusive amazing ways of life.
While on this village encounter, visit traditional healers and see how men make local banana beer. Or you can visit the Bigodi Women’s Group and see how they make handcrafts like baskets, mats, bags, and jewelry made from local resources.

Day 6: Transfer To Queen Elizabeth Park. Visit Ruboni Community On The Foothills OF Mount Rwenzori En Route And Do A Game Drive Upon Arrival
Wake up at leisure at around 8:30 am and transfer on a 2-3 hour journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park. This is the most bio-diverse national park in Uganda home to over 600 birds and 95 mammal species. This includes 4 of the big 5 animals except for the Rhinos.
While you drive to the park, you will enjoy charming views of crater lakes and rolling hills. Make a stop in Kasese on the foothills of Mountain Rwenzori which is the 3rd tallest Mountain in Africa (5109m high) to explore the Ruboni Community.
This is a great opportunity to encounter the amazing unique cultural traditions of the Bakonzo people. These people have lived on the foothills of the Rwenzori Mountains for centuries and you get to see how these people live their life.
You will also see the different crops they grow, witness their art and craft, and also enjoy the astonishing music, dance, and drama.

Day 7: Undertake A Morning Game Drive, Afternoon Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise, And Evening Game Drive Along The Channel Track In Queen Elizabeth Park
Have a thrilling breakfast at 6:30 am and after go for a 3-4 hour game drive in the rolling plains of the Kasenyi sector. You will start the day by seeing the early grazers and if lucky you can spot predators hunting making it a memorable experience.
Some of these animals include;

This is a natural channel connecting Lake George to Lake Edward and it boasts the highest number of Hippos in one place. During this cruise, you will have clear sightings of over 100s of Hippos and many Crocodiles in the water.
You will also see Elephants and Buffaloes playing in the mud and various water birds like Yellow-billed Storks, Pink-backed Pelicans, Saddle-billed Storks, etc. After enjoying this boat cruise, embark on a short game drive along the channel track.

Day 8: Transfer To Bwindi. Have En- Route Game Drive In Ishasha In Search Of Tree Climbing Lions
After a laze breakfast at 8 am, embark on a 160km (4-7 hours) drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. This park is the best place in Africa for seeing Mountain Gorillas.
On this journey, you will drive through the Ishasha sector so that you get outstanding sightings of the uncommon tree-climbing Lions. These big cats chill in big fig tree branches as it is said that they climb trees to escape the heat and bite insects on the ground.
After enjoying this experience, proceed to Bwindi National Park which holds half (50%) of the world’s surviving mountain Gorillas (1,063). It has 19 habituated Gorilla families, 120 mammal species, and 350 birds counting 23 Albertine endemic bird species.
Also, this park has 10 Uganda primate species and over 400 plant species making it a good destination for a memorable safari in Uganda.

Day 9: Mountain Gorilla Trekking In Bwindi & Transfer To Lake Bunyonyi For Relaxation
Today is the long-awaited day of a lifetime for encountering the gentle giants in their natural habitat!
Have an energizing early breakfast and head to Bwindi National Park headquarters along with your packed lunch for Gorilla trekking briefing at 8 am. After, you can then start the 2-8 hour trek within the misty forest of Bwindi in search of a Gorilla family group.
When trekking the Mountain Gorillas, you will see other exciting wildlife like Monkeys, Butterflies, and many forest birds.
Once you spot the shy giant apes, enjoy 1 charming hour with them as you observe them feed, groom, and breastfeed. You will also appreciate the ultimate amazing size of the silver-back.
After encountering the Gorillas, you can return to the briefing point to receive a Gorilla trekking permit and also enjoy your packed lunch. From here, you drive to Lake Bunyonyi the most stunning lake in Uganda.
This lake has 29 alluring islands and it is the 2nd deepest lake in Africa with a depth of 900m. This drive to Lake Bunyonyi is about 90 minutes taking you through the striking landscape of the amazing terraced hills of Kigezi.

Day 10: Do Whole Day Relaxation At Lake Bunyonyi With Various Optional Activities
Have a late breakfast at 9 am and after embark on a canoe ride to tour some of the prominent amazing fabled islands of Lake Bunyonyi.
During this canoe ride, you will visit the terrifying Akampene or Punishment Island. This is where pregnant unmarried girls were thrown and left to die of hunger or die as they try to escape.
However, a few lucky ones survived when men who were unable to pay for the dowry price stole and took them home as their wives. Eventually, this practice was abandoned and abolished due to the coming of the missionaries.
Alternatively, on this day, you can hike one of the dazzling hills around the lake or swim in the lake. Or you can also do zip lining across the lake or have a community walk.

Day 11: Transfer To Lake Mburo National Park. Have A Lunch Stop At Igongo Cultural Center For A Traditional Lunch And Do An Evening Game Drive Upon Arrival
Have a relaxed breakfast at 9 am and afterward transfer to Lake Mburo National Park the land of Zebras. Along this journey, you will use the most thrilling road in Uganda passing through wonderful mystical villages and many banana plantations.
Also, you will see many landscapes of rolling Savannah and come across the amazing Ankole long-horned cattle. You will however make a stop at Igongo Cultural Center and museum for a delicious hot lunch.
After a wonderful lunch, proceed to Lake Mburo National Park and check in at your lodge. It is a gorgeous stopover for wildlife encounters though it lacks the big game of Elephants and lions.

Enjoy an early morning breakfast at 6:30 am and afterward embark on a 2-hour guided nature walk in the park. This is a great opportunity to enjoy close views of nature and you will see many mesmerizing Uganda animals.
Some of these animals are Elands, Zebras, Water-bucks, Impalas, Topis, Bush-bucks, Buffaloes, Crocodiles, and many acacia birds.
After enjoying this walk, head on to Jinja which is a 7-8 hours’ drive. Jinja is the adventure capital of Africa and also it is where the source of the Nile is. It is a point where the River Nile starts its course of a 6650km journey to the Mediterranean Sea in Egypt.
During this journey, en route to the Uganda Equator Line crossing monument at Kayabwe. It is a great opportunity for taking great photos as you stand in the center of the earth.
After enjoying this unforgettable experience, commence to Jinja for relaxation and overnight at Lernala Wild waters Lodge. This lodge is located on an island covered in a pristine forest among the wild water of the fabulous River Nile.
